Small group training
Our sessions are designed with purpose—built for progression, but flexible enough for you to push hard or pull back when you need to. Our classes are relaxed, with a community that’s supportive, fun, and full of good vibes.

1:1 or 2:1 training for those who enjoy a more personalised experience or feel more comfortable training outside of a group setting.

A tailored meal plan with built-in accountability and progress tracking to help maximise your body composition results.

Myotherapy
Myotherapy is a form of soft tissue therapy that helps treat or prevent muscular and joint pain, as well as improve restricted movement. Myotherapists use a variety of techniques such as massage, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, stretching, and corrective exercise to support recovery.
