At Bayside Bodies, we believe wellness is a well-rounded journey with no one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone brings different priorities, responsibilities, and challenges, and we’re here to help you find the approach that works best for you.
Our Story
Bayside Bodies started during the COVID lockdown as a tiny single-garage gym, with a spare study turned into a massage room in Patterson Lakes. At the time, Jess was mainly running 1:1 personal training sessions and finding creative ways for everyone to keep moving and training regularly — even while gyms were in lockdown.
In 2021, we made the move to Frankston South and the space (and community) grew a little bigger. What began as a very small setup has since grown into a team of three, and a close-knit, supportive gym community that we’re incredibly proud of.
Today, we love what we’ve built and the people who train with us. Our goal is simple — to support, inspire, and motivate our clients to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

Jess, her twin girls & new little boy
Jessica partridge
Myotherapist & PT
Jess is a qualified Myotherapist and Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience helping people move better, build strength, and feel their best — pain free.
Her training background includes long-distance running, competitive Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and strength training, giving her a well-rounded and practical approach to coaching and rehabilitation.
Outside of the studio, Jess balances running the business behind the scenes with life as a busy mum to twin almost three-year-old girls. She also enjoys creating delicious, (mostly plant-based) family dinners!
Sally-anne Taylor
Coach & PT
Sal is a Personal Trainer and professional bodybuilder with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.
She is passionate about muscle development and supporting clients to challenge themselves and reach their individual potential.
Her time is dedicated to coaching and supporting clients, maintaining her own training and nutrition, and preparing for her next figure competition in 2026.

Lauren lindeman
Coach
Loz began her fitness journey in 2020 with no prior gym experience and has since achieved a complete transformation — not only physically, but in her overall lifestyle.
Through navigating training, nutrition, and mindset changes, Loz understands firsthand what it feels like to lack confidence in your own body, and how empowering it can be to find a training approach you genuinely enjoy.
She is a proud mum to twin 13-year-old girls and is currently completing her fitness qualifications. Loz is an exciting addition to the team, and her relatability and energy have quickly made her a favourite amongst our members.
