Our sessions combine structured strength training, accessory work, pilates-inspired movements, and short bursts of higher intensity. We focus on doing things the right way—progressing your strength, building muscle, reducing body fat, and helping you create a stronger, more capable body.

About Us

We aim to build stronger bodies for healthy living.

We’re a home-based garage studio in Frankston South offering small group training, personal training, nutrition coaching, and myotherapy. We’re a small team of three — Jessica, Sally, and Lauren — who love helping our local community move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Between us, we’ve got seven kids, so we get it. Life is busy, messy, and unpredictable, and we know how to make training and healthy habits work around the chaos — not add to it. We’re big on creating a welcoming, family-friendly gym and an awesome community. We love our members and love what we do.

Small-group training

Timetabled training sessions available throughout the week, with flexible memberships to suit your schedule

Personal training

1:1 or 2:1 training for those who enjoy a more personalised experience or feel more comfortable training outside of a group setting.

Nutrition coaching

A customised meal plan, ongoing accountability, and progress tracking to support better body composition results.

Myotherapy

Myotherapy is a form of soft tissue therapy that helps treat or prevent muscular and joint pain, as well as improve restricted movement.

Jessica Partridge

Myotherapist & Coach

Jess is a qualified Myotherapist and Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience helping people move better, build strength, and feel their best — pain free.

Her training background includes long-distance running, competitive Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and strength training, giving her a well-rounded and practical approach to coaching and rehabilitation.

Sally Anne taylor

PT & Coach

Sal is a Personal Trainer and professional bodybuilder with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

She is passionate about muscle development and supporting clients to challenge themselves and reach their individual potential.

Her time is dedicated to coaching and supporting clients, maintaining her own training and nutrition, and preparing for her next figure competition in 2026.

Lauren lindeman

Coach

Loz began her fitness journey in 2020 with no prior gym experience and has since achieved a complete transformation — not only physically, but in her overall lifestyle.

Through navigating training, nutrition, and mindset changes, Loz understands firsthand what it feels like to lack confidence in your own body, and how empowering it can be to find a training approach you genuinely enjoy.
